Return Unsold Items Don't get stuck with unsold inventory. Participating organizations can return most unsold items within a year and get 75% of their purchase price returned. Of course, items must be returned in good condition, and personalized, customized, or time-dependent items (such as anti-George Bush items after he is deposed) may not be eligible.
